By signing up and using our hosting services, you agree to the following terms as well as to our Privacy Policy, DPA, SLA, and Revocation Policy. We’ve kept things straightforward and easy to read.
Accounts
- Keep your login details safe. Tell us quickly if you notice suspicious activity.
Services We Provide
- Webhosting on servers in Germany, Austria & the Netherlands
- Email delivery via internal mail service, Mailjet (France), or Postmark (US)
- Domain registration and management
- Payments handled securely via Mollie (Netherlands)

Payments & Billing
- Hosting is billed in advance
- Domains are billed annually (or according to the registry rules)
- If you don’t pay on time, we may pause or terminate your service
- Prices may change in the future. If that happens, we’ll give you advance notice and you’ll always have the choice to continue with the new price or cancel your service before the change takes effect.
Domain Registrations
- Domains are non-refundable once registered
- To avoid renewal, you must cancel at least 2 months before the renewal date
- If you don’t cancel in time, we’ll have to renew and bill you
Acceptable Use
We want a safe and reliable hosting environment.
By using our services, you agree to not use them for:
- Sending spam or bulk unsolicited email
- Hosting or distributing malware, phishing, or other harmful software
- Hosting illegal content (including child sexual abuse material, hate speech, or extremist content)
- Infringing copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
- Launching DDoS attacks, mining cryptocurrency, or other activities that overload or abuse resources
General rules:
- Respect other customers by using resources fairly
- Make sure you have the rights to the content you host
- Don’t do anything that could harm our infrastructure, our reputation, or the safety of others
We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.
Termination
- You can cancel anytime through your account (subject to the domain rules above)
- We can suspend or terminate if you break these terms, abuse resources, or don’t pay
Liability
- We do our best to keep things online and secure
- But: we’re not responsible for indirect losses, business damage, or things beyond our control (like data center outages)
- Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months
Withdrawal / Revocation
- Hosting services start right away. By using them, you agree to waive the standard 14-day withdrawal right for digital services
- Domains cannot be revoked once registered

Service Levels
- We aim to provide reliable hosting with strong uptime
- For uptime guarantees and support details, check out our Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Law & Disputes
- Austrian law applies
- Disputes will be handled by the courts of Vienna, Austria (unless consumer law gives you a different right)
- You may also use recognized Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) bodies for out-of-court settlement
Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms from time to time
- You will receive notice (via email) at least 30 days before changes take effect
- Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Customers may cancel before the new terms apply.
