Revocation & Cancellation Policy

According to EU consumer protection law, customers generally have the right to withdraw from a contract for digital services within 14 days. However, this right does not apply once the service has begun with the customer’s consent and acknowledgment that they lose the right of withdrawal once the service starts.

By subscribing to our service and completing payment, you expressly agree that we begin providing the service immediately and acknowledge that you thereby waive your statutory 14-day right of revocation.

Subscription Terms

• Our services are offered on a subscription basis (typically monthly)
• Hosting starts immediately after your order
• Each subscription period is paid in advance and non-refundable once the period has started
• You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period
• Once a subscription is renewed and the billing period has started, no refunds are issued
• Special offers or promotions may be excluded from cancellation or may have additional conditions. These will be clearly stated at the time of purchase

Domain Registrations

• Domain registrations are final and non-refundable once processed
• To avoid renewal, you must cancel at least 2 months before the renewal date
• If you don’t cancel in time, you’ll be billed for the renewal

If you do not wish your subscription to renew, you must cancel before the next billing date. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of the current billing cycle.
